No. You may cancel at anytime. We suspend service within 30 days of initial notice.
Can I change my plan after signup?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by logging into your WP
Support HQ account.
What happens if a plugin or theme update breaks my site?
Should this happen, WP Support HQ reverts quickly to the site’s most recently backed
up copy. We will restore that backup and then wok to determine what went wrong.
What is your refund policy?

What if my site is hacked?
Keeping a site updated helps prevent most hacking attempts. However, the bad guys
sometimes still get in. If that happens, we will revert quickly to a recent, backed up copy
of the site and make sure everything is updated.
What happens if my site cannot be restored?
We’re not sure why we wouldn’t be able to restore a site, but if we couldn’t for some
super-duper extraordinary reason, we will work to recover as much content as possible,
to purge the site of any malware, and to assist our client with the rebuilding of any
missing content. Again, this would have to be a super rare event because all 30 days of
site backup we perform for every site would have to be corrupted and/or a malware
would have to be so devastating that nothing from the existing site could be recovered.
Can you provide support for clients who must demonstrate HIPPA compliance?
Currently, WPSupportHQ does not support specific software tools designed to establish
and maintain HIPPA compliance.
