How does payment work?

Sign up with your credit card, and you will be billed automatically each month. We offer invoicing options paid yearly or quarterly. Contact us with questions about account setup.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. You may cancel at anytime. We suspend service within 30 days of initial notice.

What happens if a plugin or theme update breaks my site?

Should this happen, WP Support HQ reverts quickly to the site’s most recently backed up copy. We will restore that backup and then work to determine what went wrong.

Can I keep my current site hosting provider and still receive support from WP Support HQ?

Yes. We can work with most hosting providers, but will need SSH access. In rare cases, we even will recommend that our clients switch to a host provider that better fits their specific needs.

Can you provide support for clients who must demonstrate HIPPA compliance?

No. However, HIPPA compliance is only needed for sites storing patient information. Most marketing sites don’t require HIPPA compliance.

Can I change my plan after signup?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by logging into your WP Support HQ account.

What’s the refund policy?

We provide a 100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee during the first 30 days. After that, you can cancel anytime.

What if my site gets hacked?

Keeping a site updated helps prevent most hacking attempts. However, the bad guys sometimes still get in. If that happens, we will revert quickly to a recent, backed up copy of the site and make sure everything is updated.

What happens if my site cannot be restored?

It is extremely rare that a site can not be restored. If that does happen we will help rebuild the site.
